Delivery: Prompt and Efficient Service!

Orders are typically shipped via USPS within 24-48 hours of receipt.
We’ll notify you that we have received your order and when you can expect it.
We’ll notify you of any delay.
We’ll notify you it the item is no longer available.
Items ordered together are not always shipped the same day.
The shipping charges are general, and at the time of shipping,
may be less. You will be notified.
We’ll notify you if additional charges are required for deliveries outside the Continental U.S. You may also be required to pay duty or taxes in those destinations.

 

 

To return items, pack your jewelry in its original packaging using a padded or "bubble-packed" envelope and ship via US Postal Service Registered MailTM. For your security, be sure to insure the package for the full value and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. This will make the return more "traceable." Please Note:

Items that appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
JanzJewelry.Com will not be responsible for return shipments that have been damaged or lost.
Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
If you received a Free Gift with your purchase, it must be included with the jewelry you are returning. Refunds are not granted when the returned jewelry excludes the free gift.
Clearance Items are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXEMPT from our 30-day policy.

 

Upon receipt and verification, a credit (excluding shipping fees) will be applied to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow a 30-day billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement.

Be sure to include a copy of your dated receipt with your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, your e-mail address and the order number for your item.
